How is it setup

How does it work?
All you need to do is setup your call forwarding preferences to direct your missed calls to the number we gave you for your OnSilent AI Assistant. When you miss a call it is now directed to your AI Assistant for it to take messages and handles the transcriptions etc.
Does it work with all providers?
OnSilent works with all mobile carriers as long as your provider allows you to redirect your calls to another number. In most cases it’s easily done with Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. Check this page for a detailed list to verify that your provider and plan type is compatible.
Can I turn it off?
Just as easily as it is setup you can reverse things and go back to your normal voicemail setup at any moment. We also provide detailed instructions on how to do that.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes, we have plans for teams that require at least 3 licences. It also comes with a few extra features that teams love. It is still under beta version but if you’re interested do get in touch with us.
Can I still answer my phone?
Absolutely! Nothing changes, one way to look at it is that your AI Assistant is now your new answer machine. You can still answer your phone anytime, but when you don’t your AI Assistant has got you covered and does the work for you so that you can get in your zone and ignore your calls. Just put your phone on silent!
How else can I use it?
Your AI Assistant is assigned a regular phone number that you can choose to share with anyone you feel like. Some of our users only give out their AI Assistant number to clients. That way their AI Assistant always filters out the calls, takes messages, offers next steps etc for them while they can concentrate on doing their work.
What if I need more credits?
Your plan comes with 200 voicemail credits. Each time your AI Assistant processes a voicemail 1 credit is deducted from your monthly balance. Your 200 credits balance is automatically renewed at the start of every month. In case you’ve used all your voicemail credits before the end of the month you can easily purchase more credits at any time from your dashboard.
